Bay-breasted Warbler

I found this guy up high in a spruce tree in...where else...the Boreal forest. Finding a way to get him down to a perch was indeed a challenge :)

Re: Bay-breasted Warbler

Beautiful shot of a beautiful bird. This is one I need for my life list. To see one in this plumage, I'll need to make a trip north. They come through Maryland in the fall, but aren't so vividly plumed at that point.

I am interested in your techniques.  Any tips to get them to your perch instead of just someplace close?
