No wonder you didn't get my riddle, I had these filed away as Cassin's (Cass Inn). I'm not all that up on sparrows. This is the same bird, isn't it?

I believe that this is a Lincoln's Sparrow. I do not have a guide, but I think that Cassin's do not have streaked breast. Note the color around the streaking offset by the white breast.
